Kiyomizu-dera is a beautiful temple in the city of Kyoto in Japan. It is one of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites and one of the most famous and popular sights in Japan. The temple was built in 780 and is an important part of Japanese culture and history. The temple stands on a hill and offers a breathtaking view of the city of Kyoto. The name Kiyomizu-dera translates to “Temple of Pure Water” and refers to the spring that rises in the temple and flows through it.
